Office consultations

We welcome in-person consultations at our Leeds office. These meetings typically last 45 to 60 minutes and provide opportunity to discuss your requirements in detail, review property options, and understand how our services might assist your search.

Finding our office

By train

Leeds railway station is approximately 10 minutes' walk from our office. Exit onto City Square and proceed along Park Row. Turn left onto Park Square East. Our office is located on the eastern side of the square.

By car

Limited on-street parking is available in the surrounding area. We recommend using nearby car parks including Q-Park Albion Street or NCP Wellington Street, both within five minutes' walk of our office.

Public transport

Several bus routes serve stops within short walking distance. The Park Row and Infirmary Street stops provide convenient access. Check FirstBus or Arriva schedules for route details.

Do I need an appointment to visit your office?

Yes, we operate by appointment only to ensure a team member is available to discuss your requirements properly. Walk-ins may not receive adequate attention due to existing commitments.

How quickly can you arrange property viewings?

Timing depends on property availability and landlord schedules. For properties we have existing relationships with, viewings can often be arranged within 24 to 48 hours. New properties may require additional coordination time.

Do you charge for initial consultations?

Initial consultations are complimentary. This allows both parties to determine whether our services suit your needs before any financial commitment.

What areas of Leeds do you cover?

We work across all Leeds districts but have particular depth of knowledge in the city centre, Chapel Allerton, Headingley, Roundhay, and Horsforth. We can assist with other areas depending on your requirements.

Can you assist with commercial property rentals?

Our practice focuses exclusively on residential rentals. We can refer you to appropriate commercial property specialists if needed.
